- Our display of products on our website is an invitation to treat and not an offer to sell those goods to you. An offer is made when you place the order for your products. As you go through the order process there are also a series of instructions. We will not be bound however unless and until we accept your offer. We take payment from your card at the time we despatch your order, once we have checked your card details. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods. We will send to you an email to acknowledge your order, if you enter a correct email address. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from us. Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it, order acceptance and the creation of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you by us of the goods and order invoice, which takes place as your product is shipped from our warehouse. It does not take place until that stage, notwithstanding that we may have debited your card (see above) or that we have sent an acknowledging email (see above).
- All prices in the shopping areas are in Australian dollars (AU$). All prices are correct at time of advertisement, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order. Please note that the Australian Customs Act deems if the customs value of your order exceeds $1,000, you should be aware that the Australian Customs Act requires that the goods ordered by you be entered for home consumption by the lodgement of an import declaration at the time of importation. By making an order you authorise jac&lou to arrange with third parties to act on your behalf in the lodgement of an import declaration for the goods ordered by you and the facilitation of their delivery to you.
- jac&lou will over time provide content and information which children may find interesting and may wish to access. However, no one under the age of 13 years is allowed to provide any personal information. Minors under the age of 18 years are prohibited from making purchases, including subscriptions, on the Service.
- The current website promotion ' Happy Australia Day Spend over $60 and receive FREE POSTAGE' has the following conditions. Customer must spend $60 on garments ( excluding postage costs) to be entitled to free postage. Free postage in within Australia only. The free postage will be automatically applied at checkout and can be seen in totals. Available on from 26/01/12 until 29/01/12 only.
- The current website promotion ' Join as a jac&lou member and receive 10% off your first order' has the following conditions. Customer must fill out all the required member information. 10 % discount is only applied to the first order or transaction of each new member. The 10% is automatically applied at checkout and can be seen in totals.
- The current leaflet promotions of 'Spend $50 or More and Receive A FREE Maternity Bra' promotion and ' Buy a Peek A Booby and receive a FREE breastfeeding bra' has the following conditions. Customers must make a purchase of at least $50 or more in one transaction or purchase Peek A Booby ( excluding postage) AND enter the leaflet's voucher code at checkout. This promotion offer is limited to once per customer and can not be combined with other discounts or promotions. The promotion ceases at 31st January 2011 or when 50 free bras of each, have been given away. The promotion may be extended at the discretion of the jac&lou.
